Manufactured from a robust uPVC material, Manthorpe smart verge dry verge is a fast-fit dry verge system that provides a cost-effective alternative to mortor to avoid long-term maintenance problems and costs often associated with tradiational mortor bedding.

The individual verge units cap the end of each course of tiles to provide a weatherproof, unobtrusive cover whilst preserving the 'stepped' appearance of the roof tiles.

Designed for use with large format interlocking concrete tiles, including those with a deep profile.

Verge units can be nailed directly into the ends of the tile battens or into an additional timber batten strip.

Can be installed onto a new build roof and fitted in a refurbishment situation.

For use on roof structures with a pitch between 5 and 55 degrees, also suitable for use with varying batten gauges between 280mm and 345mm.
