Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd., Thornton House, Cargo Fleet Lane, Middlesbrough TS3 8DE.
2. The "Win with Worcester" promotion will run from 12:01am (GMT) on 1st October 2024 to 11:59pm (GMT) on 30th November 2024 (“Promotion Period”). To qualify, orders must be placed between 1st October and 30th November 2024.
3. For every Worcester Greenstar gas boiler purchased from JT Atkinson during October and November 2024, we are offering Amazon vouchers just in time for Christmas. Customers will receive a £10 voucher for each Worcester Greenstar 2000 or 4000 boiler, a £25 voucher for each Worcester Greenstar 1000 boiler, and a £50 voucher for every Worcester Greenstar 8000 boiler.
4. To claim your voucher, you must submit your details online at [www.jtatkinson.co.uk/win-with-worcester] (http://www.jtatkinson.co.uk/win-with-worcester). One voucher will be issued per qualifying purchase. There is no limit per customer for qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
5. To qualify, participants must be 18 years or older and must be an account holder (either online or at a JT Atkinson branch). The named account holder will be eligible for the voucher.
6. The participant must purchase qualifying boilers from a JT Atkinson branch or online at [jtatkinson.co.uk](http://www.jtatkinson.co.uk) within the promotion period. For validation, please submit your Order Number when entering your details online.
7. Gift cards will be sent via SMS or post in December 2024. If you do not receive your gift card by 31st December 2024, please contact us at [email protected].
8. Any orders which are returned, refunded, cancelled or have overdue payments will be exempt from the promotion. We reserve the right to withhold the sending of vouchers until the product has been paid for in full.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, or offensive. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete or unsuccessful entries due to any technical or other issues.
10. Prizes are non-transferable, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a gift card of equal or greater value at any time.
11. Personal data provided during the promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Notice, including for the purpose of announcing winners.
12. The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. The Honeywell Home Giveaway promotion runs from 01/08/2024 until 30/09/2024. The promotion is open to UK residents (Excludes Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.

2. Entrants who have purchased Honeywell Home V4043H1056/TW 2 Port Zone Valve Twin Pack (HCON732), whether a branch order, click and collect order or a delivered order will be considered and entered into the prize draw. You will receive one entry per unit purchased. Multiple entries are allowed over the course of the competition period outlined above.

3. The prize draw will take place on Friday 4th October 2024. There are 2 prizes available to win and 2 winners will be drawn from the list of total entries. The winners will be contacted by email.

4. The winners will be selected at random from all proper entries received by the closing date by the Plumbing & Heating Category Manager whose decision shall be final. It is a condition of entry that the winner cooperates fully for publicity purposes if so required. If we are unable to contact the winner or do not hear from the winner within 14 days we reserve the right to redraw the winner of that prize.

5. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The 2 prizes for this promotion are:

6. JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. An entrant’s personal data will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this Promotion.

9. JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd has the right to repurpose/reuse imagery submitted through the competition for social media content. In such instances, the original owner will be accredited.
