“Golden Balls” TankBoost Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Golden Balls TankBoost Campaign (“Promotion”) is organised and promoted by Salamander Pumps (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will run from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, inclusive, or while promotional stock lasts. The Promoter reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier if all promotional items have been distributed.

3. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to trade installers only.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom.
• Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, distributors, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

4. Qualifying Products

• The Promotion applies to purchases of TankBoost pumped units only.
• Water storage units and other Salamander Pumps products are excluded from this Promotion.
• Each qualifying TankBoost unit purchased during the Promotion will contain one promotional football inside the packaging.

5. Promotional Gift

• Each qualifying unit will include an Adidas FIFA World Cup 26 Trionda Size 5 Training Football or a ‘golden ball’.
• The football is provided as a free promotional item and is subject to availability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the promotional item with one of equal or greater value if required.

6. Golden Ball Prize

A limited number of Golden Balls will be randomly inserted into promotional TankBoost units.

Installers who find a Golden Ball will be eligible to receive:

Full football kit sponsorship for an Under-16s football team

Prize conditions include:

• Three (3) Golden Balls are available to win during the Promotion.
• The nominated team must be an Under-16s team only.
• The team must be officially affiliated with The FA or relevant UK football governing body.
• The nominated team must be based within the winner’s local community.
• The maximum prize value per winner/team is £2,000.

7. Kit Sponsorship Details

• The team kit will be supplied by Salamander Pumps.
• Teams will be offered a selection of available colours to choose from.
• The kit will include the Salamander Pumps logo and the official kit supplier logo (MOTIF).
• The final specification of the kit, including design and supplier, will be determined by the Promoter.

8. Claiming a Golden Ball Prize

To claim the prize:

1. The installer must contact Salamander Pumps within 30 days of discovering the Golden Ball.
2. The installer must provide proof of purchase of the qualifying TankBoost unit if requested.
3. The Golden Ball must be retained as proof of winning.
4. The installer must nominate an eligible Under-16s FA-affiliated team.

If the nominated team does not meet eligibility criteria, the winner may be asked to nominate an alternative eligible team.

9. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility of the installer and nominated team.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a prize if fraud, misconduct, or breach of these terms is suspected.

10. Promotion Availability

• The Promotion is subject to stock availability.
• Only three Golden Ball prizes are available during the Promotion.
• Once all prizes have been claimed, no further Golden Ball prizes will be issued.

11. Liability

The Promoter will not be responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged promotional items
• Claims submitted outside the claim period
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Promotion Changes

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

13. Publicity

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity, including use of their name, business name, and the sponsored team in marketing materials relating to the Promotion.

14. Data Protection

Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

World Cup Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The World Cup Giveaway runs from the time of the social media post on at 12pm 11/06/26 until 14:00pm on 29/06/26. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd (the Promoter).

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must comment on the official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram with a prediction of which team will win the world cup. Only one entry per person is allowed across both platforms. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Prize Details

One winner will receive a Beer Hamper.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prize must be collected from a JT Atkinson branch of the winner’s choosing. Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

4. Winner Selection

Individuals who comment a guess will be entered into a random prize draw that will be conducted by the JT Atkinson Marketing Team on 29/06/26, and the winner will be contacted via social media within 72 hours. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding.

5. Unclaimed Prize

If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries.

6. Publicity and Media Use

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow JT Atkinson to announce their name on its social media channels if selected as the winner. JT Atkinson reserves the right to reuse or repurpose submitted content (e.g., comments or usernames) for promotional purposes, with proper credit where appropriate.

7. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.

Paslode World Cup Trim Redemption Competition 2026

1. Claim Process and Eligibility
1.1. Paslode UK (“Paslode”), is offering entry to a prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) to certain end-user purchasers of the IM65 and IM65A Finishing Nailer tools.
1.2. To be eligible for entry to the Prize Draw, participants must purchase an IM65 or IM65A Nailer (the “Qualifying Products”) between 01.06.2026 and 31.07.2026 from an approved Paslode UK dealer (a “Qualifying Retailer”).
1.3. Participants must submit their claim to Paslode by 23:59:59 on 10.08.2026 (the “Entry Deadline”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Participants must be resident in Mainland UK with a Mainland UK delivery address.
1.5. Qualifying Products must be purchased from Qualifying Retailer. For example, purchasers of Qualifying Products from private sellers on eBay (selling products as new or otherwise) and third-party sellers on Amazon are not eligible for this promotion.
1.6. To make a claim, participants must complete the online registration at paslodeuknordics.ac-page.com/paslode-world-cup-redemption-competition-junjuly-2026, uploading a copy of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Product.
1.7. Paslode will check the validity of entry. A valid entry is one which complies with these Terms and Conditions.
1.8. Those unable to submit their application using the online form due to technical issues should email [email protected] before the Entry Deadline.

2. Invalid Entries
2.1. Qualifying Purchases purchased after the Entry Deadline will be deemed invalid.
2.2. Entries received after the Entry Deadline will be deemed invalid.
2.3. The ONLY Qualifying Products are the IM65 and IM65A Finishing Nailers. Any other tool purchases will not be accepted.
2.4. Only one Entry per participant and one Entry per Qualifying Product purchase is permitted.
2.5. Entries cannot be made or processed by a seller of the Qualifying Products or Paslode dealer.
2.6. Paslode reserves the right to reject an Entry in its absolute discretion.
2.7. Entries for returned Qualifying Products, Entries in bad faith or fraudulent Entries will be invalidated.
2.8. Entries made by fax, telephone or email, will not be accepted and incomplete Entry forms will be deemed void.
2.9. Any Entries submitted that do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions will be voided and invalidated.

3. The Prize Draw
3.1 There are 40 prizes available in total. (see below for details). Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. Paslode reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
3.2 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place on or after 11.08.2026. Winners will be notified by email within 10 working days of the draw.
3.3 Winners may be announced on Paslode's social media channels and/or website. By entering, participants agree that their first and last name may be used for this purpose.
3.4 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, Paslode reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

4. Data Protection
4.1. Paslode will process personal information in accordance with the Paslode Privacy Policy available at: https://paslode.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
4.2. Participant can request access to its personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending a request to [email protected].

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Paslode will not be held responsible for any technical failures or damage of any kind prevents or delays the submission or delivery of a claim
5.2. Paslode reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion and the related terms and conditions with or without prior notice. Paslode’s decision is final in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
5.4. These Terms and Conditions are final and non-negotiable.
5.5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with FIFA or the FIFA World Cup 2026.

1.    Big Summer Giveaway Skipton runs from 18/05/26 until 12/06/26. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have purchased in the Skipton or branch only excluding employees and their immediate families of JT Atkinson & Sons Ltd Limited (the Promoter).
 
2.    Only entrants who have made a purchase in branch and provided Name, Tel No and email address will be entered into the competition. Maximum of one entry on one transaction per day. Entrants must be an account holder, credit or cash. Winner will be the named account holder.
