Q: What types of grass products do you offer?

A: We stock:

• Seeded turf rolls - natural grass grown from seed, ready to lay for instant lawns.

• Artificial grass - low-maintenance, hard-wearing grass alternative for year-round use. 

Both options are available in sizes to suit most garden and landscaping projects.

Q: How much does turf or artificial grass cost?

A: Prices depend on type and quantity:

• Seeded turf rolls are priced per square metre and offer quick results for natural lawns. Prices per roll start at under £5. 

• Artificial grass costs more initially but saves on maintenance over time. Prices start from £11.

Q: How long does it take for seeded turf to establish?

A: Seeded turf usually starts to root within 2–3 weeks. Watering well during this period helps the turf to bed in and encourages strong growth.

Q: Do I need to water newly laid turf every day?

A: Yes - it’s best to water daily for the first couple of weeks, ensuring moisture reaches the roots. You can reduce watering once the turf has taken.

Q: Can I put garden furniture on grass?

A: Yes - you can place furniture on both real turf and artificial grass. With real grass, it’s best to move furniture regularly to prevent wear, flattening or yellow patches. Artificial grass is more resilient, but avoid dragging heavy furniture across it to stop scuffing the surface.
