Click & Collect

How does click & collect work?

Simply go to the website – add the products you want into your basket and check their stock levels. Proceed to the basket page and select ‘Collect’. Then select the branch you wish to collect from and enter your details.

 

When will my order be ready to collect?

If your products are in stock:

Orders placed before 4pm (weekdays) will be available to collect within 2 trading hours (07:30-17:00)

Orders placed after 4pm (weekdays) and outside of trading hours will be available to collect from 09:30 the following working day.

If the product you want is not currently in stock you will be able to collect it the next day after 3pm when the order is placed before 12 noon.

 

How will I know when it is ready to collect?

We will contact you via text, email or telephone to confirm your order is ready for collection.
 

Do I need to bring anything?

When you come in to collect we will need to see a valid form of ID and your order reference number for security reasons. This can be a drivers license or any photo ID with the address on.

 

Where do I collect my order?

Once you receive a text message confirming your order is ready for collection, please visit the sales counter in the branch, where a team member will assist you.

 

When are the branches open? 

Branches open from 07:30 to 17:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays. All branch details can be found at www.jtatkinson.co.uk/branchlocator
 

 

Can I order for collection and delivery in the same order?

Yes, no problem just proceed as normal.
 

 

What about bank holidays?

We are closed for bank holidays but business will run as usual either side of that.
 

 

Which cards do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards excluding American Express.
 

 

Are online prices the same as in-store?

Yes, and we endeavor to ensure that is a fair price as one of our core principles.
 

 

Are all JT Atkinson products available online?

Not yet but we’re working on it all the time so keep checking back and ask us if you can't find what you're looking for. If you need a specific item you can call us on 01642 204414 or email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to source that item for you.
 

Do I need an account to order?

No, you don't need an account to order. We're open to all, trade or public.

 

Which branches can I collect from?

Any and all branches. Want to find your nearest branch? Use our handy branch finder.

 

What if I don't collect my order?

We’ll hold the order for 1 week before returning it to stock and giving you a full refund.
 

 

What do I do if the product I want is unavailable for click & collect?

Can I return a click & collect order?

In most cases yes. They are subject to our usual returns & refund policy.

 


What if I'm collecting on behalf of someone else?

Please make this clear in the notes section of your order including the name of the collector. The person collecting will need to provide a valid form of ID and your order reference number for security reasons. This can be a drivers license or any photo ID with the address on it.

 

If you arrive without these items we will attempt to contact the customer to confirm they’re happy to release the goods to you.
