Click ‘n’ Collect FAQs
How does it work / how do I order?
Simply go to the website – add the products you want in to your basket and check their stock levels. Proceed to the basket page and select ‘Collect’. Then select the branch you wish to collect from and enter your details.
When will my order be ready to collect
In stock - Within 2 trading hours of the order being placed, on weekdays. Unfortunately we aren’t open on Sundays so orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Not in stock – next day after 3pm when the order is placed before 12noon.
What do I need to do?
Not much – we’ll contact you via email, text or telephone to tell you your orders ready.
When you come in to collect we will need to see a valid form of ID and your order reference number for security reasons. This can be a drivers license or any photo ID with the address on.
When are the branches open?
Branches open 07:30 to 17:00 on weekdays and 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays. All branch details can be found at www.jtatkinson.co.uk/branchlocator
Can I order for collection and delivery in the same order?
Yes no problem just proceed as normal.
What about bank holidays?
We are closed for bank holidays but business will run as usual either side of that.
Which cards do you accept?
All major credit / debit cards excluding American Express.
Are online prices the same as in store?
Yes and we endeavor to ensure that is a fair price as one of our core principles.
Are all JT Atkinson product available online?
Not yet but we’re working on it all the time so keep checking back.
Do I need an account to order?
No you don’t.
Do I need to be in the trades to order?
No you don’t.
Which branches can I collect from?
Any and all branches.
What if I don’t collect my order?
We’ll hold the order for 1 week before returning it to stock and giving you a full refund.
What do I do if the product I want is unavailable for Click ‘n’ Collect?

Can I return a Click ‘n’ Collect order?
Yes they are subject to the same returns policy as any order.
What if I’m collecting on behalf of someone else?
Please make this clear in the notes section of your order including the name of the collector. The person collecting will need to provide a valid form of ID and your order reference number for security reasons. This can be a drivers license or any photo ID with the address on.
If you arrive without these items we will attempt to contact the customer to confirm they’re happy to release the goods to you.
