Christmas Opening Hours

All of our branches will be closed from Friday 22^nd December at 17:00 and will reopen as usual on Tuesday 2^nd January at 07.30. 

Branch Deliveries & Dispatch

Branches will be delivering as normal* until the closing date (Friday 22^nd December).

*As normal, branch delivery schedules can be subject to change due to order volumes.

Customer Service

Customer Service will be open and available throughout the Christmas period except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day. Call 01642 204 414 or email help@jtatkinson.co.uk.

Online Orders & Deliveries

Orders placed on the website after 2pm on Wednesday 20^th December will be delivered from Tuesday 2^nd January.

*Our couriers have advised of the above delivery schedule. To avoid disappointment, place orders at your earliest possible [earlier than Monday 18^th December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas] convenience as due to increased order volumes at this time of year this may result in longer delivery times than usual.

Click & Collect

Orders placed for Click & Collect will be available to collect within 2 hours as normal, during our normal opening hours.

Orders placed for Click & Collect after 4pm on Friday 22^nd December will be available to collect when the branches re-open on Tuesday 2^nd January.

Boilers

Orders for boilers placed after 20^th December will be delivered from 2^nd January.
