The Hive V4 Heating and Hot Water Smart Thermostat is the ideal choice for the modern smart home. You can control your heating and hot water all in one app on your smart device or via voice control through Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, Alexa or Siri Shortcuts. Geolocation functionality allows you to receive notifications if you leave home with the heating on, saving money, while the built-in frost protection means your heating will automatically come on if the temperature drops below 7°C. For added ease of use, the V4 thermostat features a large dial for easy manual temperature adjustment and has heating and hot water boost buttons.
For use with conventional boilers (i.e., with a heating system with a separate hot water tank heated by your boiler). Compatible with most gas and LPG boilers, oil boilers if they have an existing thermostat or programmer, and electric boilers with standard room thermostat and/or programmer.

Orders delivered by our branches are normally dispatched and delivered within 1-2 working days.
Orders delivered by our courier partners are dispatched same-day when ordered before 2pm and next working day when ordered after 2pm or on weekends.
Courier deliveries are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. *in exceptionally busy periods e.g. holidays, lead times can be longer than the norms stated above and orders should be placed early to avoid disappointment.

Yes.
We are governed by, and adhere to, the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means we will accept returns and offer a full refund as long as the item is unused, unopened and still in the original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders that have been ordered as a special item, powders (e.g. cement and plaster) and bulk bagged aggregates. You will be notified at order stage if the item is a special item. Stock items returned to branch may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
To return your order, please pack it securely and send it back to us, we must receive it back within 14 days of the date that you received it. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning the goods at your expense unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as possible but within 30 days at the latest.
