The Hive Mini Smart Thermostat is ideal for the modern smart home. You can control your hot water and heating all in one app on your smart device or via voice control through Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, Alexa, Siri Shortcuts and IFTTT. The geolocation enables you to receive notifications if you leave home with the heating on, saving money, and with the built-in frost protection your heating will automatically come on if your home drops below 7°C. It has all the same benefits as the standard Hive Thermostat however the mini is smaller and has a sleeker design, you can also only schedule and change other options in the Hive app and not on the thermostat itself.
Please note, this thermostat is for central heating and domestic hot water and is compatible with most gas and LPG boilers, oil boilers when they already have a thermostat or programmer and electric boilers with standard room thermostat and / or programmer. It also requires a broadband connection with a spare network socket, and a smartphone or an up-to-date web browser.
