Salamander TapBoost is an intelligent domestic inline clean water pump designed to improve the flow to a single outlet/point suffering from low water pressure. TapBoost increases the water flow of a single outlet to 7 – 11 litres per minute (l/pm), depending on incoming flow. Suitable for use with mains water and tank-fed water systems, with water up to 65°C. Operates at 12V DC, supplied via a 240V AC power supply unit.

For best operation:
- Must be a natural flow rate from the outlet of at least 1.2 litres per minute (l/pm)
- When the natural flow rate is at 1.2 l/pm TapBoost will increase the flow up to 7 l/pm
- If the natural flow rate is greater than 1.2 l/pm TapBoost will increase outlet flow rate up to a maximum of 11 l/pm
- TapBoost constantly monitors the flow rate and will react accordingly
- If the flow rate reaches 11 l/pm, TapBoost will enter idle mode so as not to pump more than 12 l/pm to comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
