Weedtex Weed Control Fabric 1m x 15m

The Weedtex Weed Control Fabric provides great weed control, and it’s eco-friendly as it eliminates the need for chemicals, ideal to be used beneath garden decking and decorative borders. This Weedtex is a mini roll, so it’s perfect for smaller sized projects. The fabric is 0.45mm thick, strong and durable, and is made from 100% virgin polypropylene. Nutrients like fertilisers, liquid feed, water and air are still able to permeate through the fabric creating fertile and healthy soil, while preventing weeds getting the sunlight that feeds their growth. You can also easily cut through Weedtex easily without it fraying, perfect for gardening and maintaining a perfect garden.

Please note that Weedtex is designed to suppress weeds, but surface weeding may still need to be carried out because of seeds dropped by birds that may grow in the surface covering. The following weeds may also need some extra attention due to them being very invasive: Bindweed, Mare’s Tail, Ground Elder, Crocosmia, Nettles, Couch Grass, Brambles and some bulbs. A weedkiller should be applied first, then we recommend a double layer of Weedtex or the surface covering, or even both in severe areas.
