This Toupret Touprelex Exterior Filler Ready Mixed 1L can be applied direct onto unpainted or painted such as; gypsum plaster, old painted surfaces, cement, concrete, breeze blocks, bricks, stones and cellular concrete. Rich in resin, this one coat filler with not flash or grin and does not require overcoating with a stabilising solution. This can be overcoated with all types of water-based coatings, if wanting to use solvent-based epoxies or polyurethanes, first coat with a suitable water-based primer.
