The non-profile in-tile ventilator from Manthorpe is designed to deliver answers to the issues found in roof space ventilation and mechanical extraction/soil stack termination through a flat tiled roof. The tile provides a fast and easy solution as it is designed to only replace a single tile while still preserving the unbroken appearance of the roofline, even when used at a low or high level. The tile has also been designed to be used with all the top tile manufacturers and the base outlet feeds straight into the roof space, an adaptor is available for mechanical extraction. The louvred grille has been designed and tested to maintain a 10,000 mm2 of airflow whilst simultaneously channelling any water flow out of the vent, on to the roof and down towards the guttering.
