The JG Speedfit Under Floor Heating Actuator JGUFHA(240v)/2 is controlled by a thermostat or a programmer which operates the opening and closing of the flow of water to an individual circuit on the manifold. This product can be used by both concrete and timber floors. Essentially the product has hot water from the boiler pumped to it which is then mixed and distributed via the manifold to the heating circuits.
