Ancon's Cavity Starter Tie comes complete with a nylon Plug and Ring to allow for the tie to be easily screwed in to the outer leaf of the building.
These ties have been designed to allow you to build an inner leaf of blockwork within a pre-existing structure and securely tie them together, leaving a cavity for insulation. This makes Ancon's Cavity Ties ideal for barn conversions and renovations.
